“There is a long association with Vadodara as this is the city where I shifted from Science to Arts and studied in the Drama department of Performing Arts faculty in front of Sursagar. I stayed here for almost a year and a half and did theater and plays for the first time. I also watched and did Gujarati plays and joined theatre. The turning point in my life came here and it’s an emotional after visited here in a gap of 30 years,” said renowned actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
He along with Nikki Tamboli and cast of Jogira Sara Ra Ra visited Parul University for an interaction with the students and inspiring future performing artists and filmmakers.Nawazuddin Siddiqui is a master matchmaker in his upcoming movie and with a little bit of jugaad makes any wedding a success. However he feels, in real life hard work gives you success.
During interaction he said, little bit of jugaad is ok but everyone needs to do hard work for the success. He requests all to watch the movie in theatres as they can feel the emotions of actors. Anyone who love movies and wants to become an actor can make it a habit to go to theatre for watching a movie. The small screen can give just the information.
The famed actor is very close to Gujarat and said if there is a subject he will definitely do play in Gujarati. He loves the people and language and lots of his friends are living in Gujarat. He also doesn’t want to get limited in any character or dream role and rather feel to do a role which becomes a dream role.
