Vadodara: Nandesari Railway Crossing Number 245 will be closed from today at 8 AM until Sunday 7th July, at 8 PM for upgradation work. The Nandesari Industries Association made this announcement.
Babubhai Patel, President of the Nandesari Industries Association, explained that the closure was initially planned for July 3. However, to reduce disruptions for industries, the closure was postponed to a three-day period starting July 5.
The Association has requested the railway authorities to consider partially maintaining traffic flow by closing only one gate of the crossing from Monday onwards. This measure aims to minimize inconvenience for the industries during the upgrade.
